Pastoral Leadership Project

The Pastoral Leadership Project is a ministry of the Texas Annual Conference through its Center for Clergy Excellence designed to strengthen and renew the capacity of clergy leaders to grow vibrant congregations that reshape lives for Jesus Christ. Created out of a deep concern for both the mission of the church and its clergy leaders, the goal of the program is to assist effective clergy leaders in renewing and further developing their capacity for fruitful leadership.
