The Center for Leadership Formation supports the Texas Annual Conference local congregations, District Leadership Teams and District Superintendents as they partner together to build strong United Methodist congregations across the conference. Through building strong connectional relationships, the Center for Leadership Formation offers lay and clergy specialists to design and implement contextually appropriate missions and ministries for the success of clergy and congregations. As always, the District Superintendents of our conference are ready to offer their help and support to our pastors and congregations in any way they can. Please don’t hesitate to contact their office to utilize them as a resource.
